Thoroughbred Industry Employee Awards
We are proud to celebrate local champions at the heart of these communities by sponsoring awards in regions across the globe. Open to all staff wherever they work within the industry, they include the Thoroughbred Industry Employee Awards in the UK and the US, the Irish Thoroughbred Industry Employee Awards, the Stud and Stable Staff Awards in Australia and the Trophées du Personnel des Courses et de l’Élevage in France.

Racing industry employees in the US can access vital services to support their social and spiritual wellbeing via the Cómo app. Launched in November 2020 in a partnership between Godolphin and Thoroughbred Charities of America, this enables backstretch and farm workers to connect with a range of resources in 15 states, including chaplains, mental health counsellors and legal services.
