Group 1 performer; unbeaten as 2yo; won well on debut in 5.5f Maisons-Laffitte maiden on good to soft in June 2019 and comfortably followed up in 6f Deauville conditions contest on good; confirmed himself smart when running away with Group 3 Prix de Cabourg back there in July; landed first Group 1 with a narrow win over a high-class filly in the Prix Morny and followed up in cosy fashion in the Middle Park Stakes (6f) in September; remained unbeaten in first start of 2020 at Deauville in a 6f Listed race (good) in mid-July but lost that status when fourth in the Prix Maurice de Gheest, albeit it was a good effort in defeat; returned to winning ways in the Group 3 Prix Du Pins, his first try over 7f, taking the prize quite comfortably; very good second next time in the Prix De La Foret (7f, heavy) on Arc day.
