Third foal; half-brother to 5f-5.5f winners Marrakech and Mogador; dam Australian 5f 2yo winner, half-sister to fairly useful GB 5f winner Peterkin out of Australian 6f 2yo Group 2 winning daughter of Australian 5.5f Group 1 winner La Baraka; impressive debut win in conditions event at Randwick in December 2015 and followed up in the Group 2 Silver Slipper Stakes at Rosehill in February 2016; well held in the Group 1 Longines Golden Slipper at the same track the following month; dead-heated in the Group 3 Widden Kindergarten Stakes at Randwick in April; returned from break to win the Group 2 Run To The Rose at Rosehill in August and made it five wins from six starts when adding the Group 1 Golden Rose Stakes upped to 7f at Rosehill in September; narrowly beaten in the Group 2 The Star Roman Consul back over 6f at Randwick in October and runner-up in the Group 1 Coolmore Stud Stakes at Flemington next time; well held in the Group 1 T J Smith Stakes on return from break in April 2017; effective over 5f-7f; acted on good and soft ground; retired to stud.
