Top-class performer; won three races at up to 1m as a 2yo, finishing with a Group 3 success at Newmarket; Godolphin purchased shares in the colt prior to his 3yo return in the Group 3 Prix De Fontainebleau in April 2019, which he took in impressive style; followed up in the Group 1 Poule d'Essai des Poulains and runner-up in Chantilly's Group 1 1m2.5f Prix du Jockey Club in June; returned from over a year off to finish second, beaten a short neck, in Listed race over 1m at Chantilly; built on that by winning a Group 2 at Saint-Cloud (1m, good to soft) next time and another step forward when winning Group 1 Prix D'Ispahan in July; struggled to cope with heavy ground in Prix Jacques Le Marois next time, finishing fourth; bounced back to form when winning a strong Prix Mouiln in early September; stepped up to 1m4f in the Prix De L'Arc De Triomphe in October (heavy), finishing a highly creditable third, beaten by about 2l.
