Antelucan Looking For More Black Type In Adelaide

The robust filly Antelucan (John O'Shea/Craig Williams) will be out to make to two wins on end when she takes on the Listed Adelaide Guineas at Morphettville, Australia on Saturday, May 14.

A dominant winner in Melbourne at her latest start, Antelucan is opposed to an evenly-graded field in which the fillies outnumber the colts.

"It's probably not much stronger than the field she beat in Melbourne, and she accounted for them very nicely," O'Shea said.

"Getting her back to winning form was a great credit to the whole team and I'm looking forward to her holding that form."

Her last-start Melbourne win was Antelucan's first since she scored on debut at G3 level at Flemington in the Spring of 2014.
