Astrologist steps up to Grade Three company for the Arlington-Washington Futurity over seven furlongs on Polytrack at Arlington Park, USA, on Saturday, August 22.

The two-year-old Discreet Cat colt made a promising debut at the Chicago course when staying on to take second behind Discreetness as the pair finished almost 10 lengths clear in a Polytrack maiden over five and a half furlongs on August 6.

His trainer Eoin Harty commented: "Astrologist is doing very well right now.

"His first race was a very good - he finished really well that day and this time the distance should help him.

"There are a couple of really solid horses in there, but I think it is worth taking a shot. If he moves forward off his last race, I think we have a chance to win it."

Edgar Perez partners Astrologist, who takes on 12 other juveniles including Tremont Stakes winner Cocked And Loaded, Discreetness and impressive Arlington Park maiden scorer Shogood.
