Impressive debut winner Benbatl moves up in class and trip for the G3 Craven Stakes (15.35hrs local time) over a mile at Newmarket, UK, on Thursday, April 20.
The three-year-old Dubawi colt stormed to a comprehensive seven-length success for trainer Saeed bin Suroor in a Doncaster maiden over a furlong shorter on April 2.
Silvestre De Sousa takes the ride on Benbatl, who opposes six other three-year-old colts headed by G1 Racing Post Trophy scorer Rivet and G2 Vintage Stakes winner War Decree.
Saeed bin Suroor commented: "Benbatl won well first time out.
“He worked nicely over the weekend and looks to be in good form at the moment.
We are looking forward to seeing another good result from him."
