Entertains steps up to Group Three level for the Aspiration Quality over a mile at Royal Randwick, Australia on Saturday, March 7.

The four-year-old filly, representing John O'Shea, was seventh after meeting trouble in running on her latest appearance in a seven-furlong handicap at the same course on February 18.

She won three races earlier on this season including a cosy success in a Kensington handicap over nine furlongs on October 22.

The daughter of Street Cry scored by a neck in a seven-furlong handicap at Hawkesbury on September 21 and readily won a Wyong maiden over slightly shorter on August 31.

John O'Shea reported: "Entertains is a very happy little mare at the moment. She is still big in condition and will improve dramatically after this run, but she had a strong gallop on Wednesday morning which has fitted her up for this.

"She has drawn the inside gate (one) and is getting up somewhere to her best distance, so it would be nice if she could get some black-type here."

Entertains, the mount of James McDonald who previously rode her for the Kensington win, takes on 11 rivals including recent Royal Randwick winner Telepathic, Group Three victor Danesiri and Group Two fourth Mardi.
