Godolphin Australia names Traffic Warden for The Everest

Godolphin Australia is excited to announce that the Street Boss colt, Traffic Warden, will run in this year’s The Everest taking place on Saturday, 19 October at Royal Randwick.

Following two outstanding runs this campaign with a win in the G2 Run To The Rose and an impressive performance in the G1 Golden Rose, where he finished second to Broadsiding, James Cummings, Head Trainer of Godolphin Australia, said, ‘He’s come through his most recent run brilliantly, and third up he will be ready to peak Everest day.”

Taking the ride on Traffic Warden will be Jamie Kah, the multiple G1-winning jockey.

“We are thrilled to have Traffic Warden representing Godolphin in The Everest. He is an outstanding three-year-old colt by one of our best stallions in Street Boss and he highlights the incredible efforts of our people, from the office teams, to the farms and the racing stables.” said Andy Makiv, Managing Director of Godolphin Australia.
