Graded debut for Dolciario in Swan Stakes
Dolciario (Kaneo Ikezoe/Kenichi Ikezoe) returns to Kyoto, Japan, for his Graded race debut in the G2 Swan Stakes over seven furlongs on Saturday, 27 October.
The five-year-old horse won an allowance race by half a length over the same course and distance in April, one of four victories for the son of Admire Moon.
Dolciario makes his second start of the autumn, having finished ninth on his return from a break in a seven-furlong allowance race at Tokyo on 13 October.
He breaks from stall one in a field of 11 that is dominated by Mozu Ascot, winner of this year’s G1 Yasuda Kinen.
