Memorial returns from a break in the Group Two Liberty International Underwriters Light Fingers Stakes over six furlongs at Royal Randwick, Australia, on Saturday, February 14.
The three-year-old filly, trained by John O'Shea, failed to get competitive on heavy ground when last of six in the Group Two Coolmore Furious Stakes over the same course and distance on September 6.
She ran a better race on her first start of the current campaign to come home second, beaten a length and a half by Bring Me The Maid, in the Group Two Coolmore Silver Shadow Stakes, also over six furlongs at Royal Randwick, on August 23.
The daughter of Street Cry was fifth in the Group One Tooheys New Golden Slipper over six furlongs at Rosehill Gardens in April and started her career with a pair of victories at the same course.
John O'Shea said: "Memorial has had a great preparation with two very strong barrier trials. "She has always appreciated a bit of cut in the ground which she will get tomorrow. She has a great gate (four) and should get a beautiful run in transit, which will allow her to be more than competitive in a race of this nature."
Memorial, with James McDonald in the saddle again, meets 10 other three-year-old fillies headed by First Seal and Winx, who were first and second in the Group One Flight Stakes, plus Tooheys New Golden Slipper heroine Mossfun.
