The Saeed bin Suroor-trained two-year-old quickened clear for a convincing victory over an extended mile in a Windsor nursery on October 5 and was eased near the line when comfortably taking a seven-furlong Thirsk maiden on September 5.
The progressive son of Invincible Spirit finished second on his first two outings, both of which came at Brighton.
Saeed bin Suroor commented: "Start Time won nicely at Windsor and came out the race in good order.
"The step back down in trip should not be a problem and he deserves to take his chance in a Group contest.
"It's a step up in class but I am hoping for another good effort."
William Buick takes the ride for the first time on Start Time, drawn nine, who faces 10 opponents including G3 Somerville Tattersall Stakes fourth Zonderland and Listed winner Whitman plus debut winners Crazy Horse and Return Of The Mak.
