Maiden winner Promising Run steps up in class for the Group Two Shadwell Rockfel Stakes over seven furlongs of Newmarket's Rowley Mile Course on Friday, September 25.
The Saeed bin Suroor-trained filly made all for a decisive victory over the same distance on Newmarket's July Course on August 28, having finished third on her debut in a six-furlong Goodwood maiden on July 29.
James Doyle, who was on board for both starts, rides the daughter of Hard Spun again.
Saeed bin Suroor said: "Promising Run won well last time and came out of that race in good form.
"She is ready to go again and I am hoping for another good result, although she is coming up against better fillies now."
Promising Run opposes six two-year-old fillies including Group Three winners Hawksmoor and Great Page, plus eight-length maiden scorer Doubly Motivated.
Moonlight Paradise (1996) and Lucida (2014) have been successful for Godolphin in the Rockfel Stakes.
