The Cape Cross filly, trained by Jim Bolger and ridden by Kevin Manning, made an impressive debut in a Naas fillies' maiden over the same distance on July 8, when she stayed on well to score by two and three quarter lengths on good to firm ground.
Jim Bolger said: "Queen Of Sicily came out of Naas very well and I am happy to let her compete in this race.
"If the ground does not deteriorate any further, she should be OK on it."
Queen Of Sicily takes on four opponents - maiden winners Antelope Canyon, Final Frontier and Miss Katie Mae plus Group Two Norfolk Stakes fifth Rogue's Gallery.
