Statement regarding Richard Mullen

Richard Mullen was unseated from Rebel’s Romance during the Bowling Green Stakes at Saratoga on Sunday, 30 July.

He received immediate medical attention at the course and was assessed to be conscious with movement in all four limbs. He was transferred to the Albany Medical Center, where he remains under medical care.

Rebel’s Romance was unhurt in the incident.

Everyone at Godolphin sends their best wishes to Richard and we all hope for a swift recuperation from his injuries.
