Vashka makes his seasonal return in the Group Three Sky Thoroughbred Central Show County Quality over six furlongs at Royal Randwick, Australia, on Saturday, August 22.
The John O'Shea-trained five-year-old came home seventh over the same course and distance on his Pattern debut in the Group Three Ticketek Hall Mark Stakes on April 18.
He rattled off five straight handicap wins, including four easy victories at Rosehill Gardens between six and a half and an extended seven furlongs, before that run.
John O'Shea reported: "Vashka is much happier in the spring than he was in the latter part of the winter and has trialled beautifully coming into this.
"I am of the belief that he is not a genuine six-furlong horse but is much better over a lot further where he can dictate the tempo of the race to suit himself.
"From gate one, he will get a lovely run - there is genuine speed and he is one of the few horses in the field that will go on later in the spring.
"My only concern is that I would prefer to see him over a bit further but he has to start somewhere."
Vashka, with Tommy Berry up, faces eight rivals including Countryman, Boss Lane and Heart Testa.
