Very Talented steps up to G3 level for the Novae Bloodstock Insurance Craven Stakes over seven furlongs at Newmarket, UK, on Thursday, April 14.

The three-year-old colt, representing Saeed bin Suroor, ended a progressive juvenile season with an easy victory in a mile maiden at Doncaster in September.

The son of Invincible Spirit was placed in his other two races, a pair of valuable maidens over seven furlongs, including when second, beaten a length by subsequent G1 Fillies' Mile fifth Beautiful Morning, at York in August.

Saeed bin Suroor commented: "Very Talented is coming along nicely.

"I was happy with his latest piece of work and he is ready to go.

"This is a tough race but Very Talented is in good form and I am hoping for a good run."

James Doyle has the ride on Very Talented for the third time and they take on five rivals, including Foundation and Stormy Antarctic, both Group One-placed, from stall two.
