Vitello steps up markedly in class for the Group One Moyglare Stud Stakes over seven furlongs at the Curragh, Ireland, on Sunday, September 13.

The two-year-old Raven's Pass filly, trained by Michael Halford, kept on well for a cosy half-length success over subsequent Group Two runner-up Now Or Never in a six-furlong maiden at Fairyhouse on June 10.

She was third another maiden over six furlongs on her debut at the Curragh on May 23.

Michael Halford said: "Vitello has been working well and the step up to seven furlongs should suit her.

"We eased back on her a little bit after she won her maiden and the form of that race has been working out well.

"It's a big step up in class and this run should tell us a lot more about where we are with her."

Vitello, partnered by James Doyle, faces nine other juvenile fillies including Group Two scorer Ballydoyle, Group Three winner Tanaza and Now Or Never.
