Beautiful Love continues New York stay in G3 Jockey Club Oaks

Beautiful Love looks to build on her first experience of US racing when she stretches out to 11 furlongs for the G3 Jockey Club Oaks at Aqueduct on Saturday, 14 September.

The Siyouni homebred kept on to finish sixth after enduring a wide trip throughout the G2 Lake Placid Stakes at Saratoga in mid-August.

A Newmarket winner last season, Beautiful Love started her three-year-old campaign with two Meydan appearances, chasing home Cinderella’s Dream in the Jumeirah Fillies Classic prior to a six-length verdict in a conditions race.

Her trainer Charlie Appleby said: “Beautiful Love has come forward since the Lake Placid and stepping up to middle distances was always going to suit. She has a better draw this time in four, which should hopefully put her in a competitive position.”
