Beautiful Love continued Godolphin’s domination of the three-year-old turf contests at Meydan this season with an impressive display in a mile conditions race on Friday, 16 February.
The Charlie Appleby-trained filly finished fourth at Listed level in the UK last season and chased home Cinderella’s Dream in the Jumeirah Fillies’ Classic on her Dubai Racing Carnival debut earlier this month.
Settled in mid-division by William Buick, Beautiful Love stayed on strongly in the straight and streaked clear after hitting the front approaching the final furlong to score by six lengths.
William Buick said: “Beautiful Love is a very nice filly. When she ran over seven furlongs last time, it was always going to be a bit sharp for her. You could see today, even though they went a strong pace for the grade, that she will enjoy stepping up in trip again to a mile and a quarter.
“She is still improving and I think she is a filly that could be seen in some nice company back in Europe.”
