Beautiful Romance steps up to 10 furlongs on her return from a break in the Group Three Prix de Psyche at Deauville, France, on Saturday, August 1.

The three-year-old filly, trained by Saeed bin Suroor and ridden by James Doyle, kept on to finish third on her first 2015 appearance in the seven-furlong Group Three Lanwades Stud Nell Gwyn Stakes at Newmarket on April 15.

On her only start last year, the daughter of New Approach quickened impressively to win a mile fillies' maiden by nine lengths at Doncaster on October 24.

Saeed bin Suroor said: "Beautiful Romance is doing well but the ground is important for her. Soft going or good to soft would suit her well because she won her maiden with give in the ground.

"The step up in trip will play to her strengths and she has been working nicely."

Beautiful Romance faces five other three-year-old fillies including Physiocrate and Saint Amarante, who were second and fifth in the Group One Prix de Diane Longines, the French Oaks.

Godolphin won the Prix de Psyche with Tasaday (2013).
