The three-year-old filly, trained by Willie McCreery in Ireland, quickened well for a comprehensive four and a half-length success in a nine-furlong Listed race at Listowel in her home country on September 16.
The daughter of Fast Company was fourth over the same distance in the G3 Dance Design Fillies Stakes at the Curragh on August 30 and was beaten a neck in a Listed contest over half a furlong shorter at Killarney on August 19.
On her only previous start at G1 level, Devonshire ran an excellent race to take third behind Pleascach and Found in the mile Tattersalls Irish 1,000 Guineas at the Curragh on May 24.
Willie McCreery commented: "Devonshire travelled over to Canada on Wednesday and seems in good form.
"I am hoping that the ground will be on the good side of yielding for her. She won very well over a mile and a furlong on heavy going last time and we would be hopeful that she will get a mile and a quarter."
Patrick Husbands rides Devonshire, who is drawn in stall four, for the first time on Sunday.
Devonshire opposes 11 fillies and mares including Darley Irish Oaks third Curvy, dual Woodbine G2 winner Strut The Course, G2 runner-up Talmada and 2014 G1 Nassau Stakes fourth Eastern Belle.
