Newmarket maiden winners Grecian Light and Easy Victory return to the July Course for the seven-furlong G3 German-Thoroughbred.com Sweet Solera Stakes on Saturday, August 6.
Both two-year-old fillies scored on their debuts, with Grecian Light (Charlie Appleby/James Doyle), a daughter of Shamardal, staying on well from the rear to score by half a length over seven furlongs on July 15.
Easy Victory (Saeed bin Suroor/David Probert), by Dubawi, ran on strongly for a comfortable two-length triumph in a six-furlong race on July 7.
Charlie Appleby said: "I was pleased with Grecian Light's performance first time out when winning at Newmarket on the July Course.
"The conditions of Saturday's race should suit her and I am hopeful that she can continue to progress, albeit in much stronger company."
Saeed bin Suroor commented: "Easy Victory won well on her first start and I was happy with the way that she came out of that race.
"This is a jump in grade but she has progressed nicely at home and deserves to take her chance."
Grecian Light, drawn eight, and Easy Victory, who emerges from stall five, tackle seven other juvenile fillies headed by Listed winners Nations Alexander and On Her Toes.
