The three-year-old filly, trained by Kiaran McLaughlin and with Joel Rosario up, was always prominent in the 10-runner field.
The daughter of Medaglia d'Oro was settled in third and then raced in second, going well.
She closed the gap with the leader turning in and led before the straight, soon going clear to win easily by three and three quarter lengths from Blond Me in 1m 48.83s on good turf.
Kiaran McLaughlin reported: "She certainly was impressive.
"Joel rode her great - she was his fifth success of the afternoon. I didn't expect her to be that close to the lead, but Joel made a good decision and it was easy despite the overseas challengers.
"Sentiero Italia is most likely to run in the Group One Queen Elizabeth II Cup for three-year-old fillies over nine furlongs on October 10 rather than go straight to the Breeders' Cup."
Joel Rosario added: "Sentiero Italia was very comfortable. She's honest, gives it when you ask her and just keeps going.
"I was happy I was a little closer, because last time it took just a little bit of time to get her into the race and then she just runs all day."
