Cloth Of Stars, trained by Andre Fabre, came from last to first to win the G3 Prix La Force - Figaroscope over 10 furlongs at Saint-Cloud, France, on Sunday, April 3.

The three-year-old Sea The Stars colt, partnered Mickael Barzalona, was held up fourth of the four runners on his first start of 2016.

He made progress to go second after straightening up and came through to lead inside the final furlong, winning by a length and quarter eased down close home from the front-running Viserano in 2m 17.91s on heavy ground.

Lisa-Jane Graffard of Godolphin said: "Cloth Of Stars has done it well.

"We were afraid that he was going to be quite keen early on but one went on which helped him to settle.

"This performance has confirmed his rating of last year and it is always satisfactory to win first time out.

"There is no plan at the moment but he will certainly be racing over 10 furlongs plus."
