Unexposed three-year-old colt Floodlight challenges for the nine-furlong G3 Prix de Guiche at Chantilly, France, on Tuesday, May 10.
The son of Medaglia D'Oro has been successful on two of his three outings, both over a mile at Saint-Cloud, most recently when gaining an easy success on his seasonal return in a conditions race on March 24.
Floodlight's only defeat came on heavy going when fourth in the Listed Prix Isonomy over a mile at Deauville in October and followed a successful debut earlier the same month.
Vincent Cheminaud partners the Andre Fabre-trained Floodlight for the first time and the Godolphin colt takes on three rivals including G3 Prix de Fontainebleau third Almanzor.
Lisa-Jane Graffard of Godolphin said: "Floodlight is in good form and this is a step-up to the next level in a fairly small field.
"We don't want to see too much rain as he has a good action and prefers better ground."
