Territories makes his seasonal return in the Group Three Prix De Fontainebleau over a mile at Longchamp, France, on Sunday, April 12.
The three-year-old colt, trained by Andre Fabre, ended an excellent juvenile campaign with an unlucky run at Longchamp in the seven-furlong Group One Qatar Prix Jean-Luc Lagardere on October 5, when he was promoted to second behind Full Mast after suffering interference from Gleneagles near the line.
Territories was third to Full Mast in the Group Three Prix La Rochette, also over seven furlongs at Longchamp, on September 7 and easily won a six-furlong Chantilly conditions race on July 29.
Mickael Barzalona partners the son of Invincible Spirit for the first time.
Lisa-Jane Graffard of Godolphin commented: "Territories was joint top-rated juvenile in France last year alongside Full Mast and we have been very happy with his progress over the winter.
"He is the only horse in the field making his first appearance of the year and we expect him to come on for the run.
"We are hoping for a good performance that will confirm the excellent level he showed as a two-year-old and this should put him spot on for his early season target of the Poule d'Essai des Poulains."
Territories opposes five other three-year-old colts including Listed winners Kenfreeze and Green Sweet plus impressive debut scorer Karar and unbeaten The Comissioner.
