Hills goes Dutch in search of a G1

Dutch Connection has ground conditions in his favour in Sunday's G1 Prix du Moulin at Chantilly as he attempts to register the most important win of his career.
The four-year-old comes to this six-runner contest off the back of a fifth in the G1 Prix Maurice de Gheest at Deauville when the ground was not entirely to his liking.
Trainer Charlie Hills is upbeat about the Godolphin colt's chances this time. "I am very happy with Dutch Connection going into the Moulin," he said.
"His gallops at home have been very pleasing. The forecast looks in his favour and I am hoping they don't put too much water in the track. This gives him a great chance of winning a Group One."
The seven-furlong trip is arguably Dutch Connection's pet distance but he faces strong opposition from G1 Prix Jacques le Marois runner-up Vadamos, as well as Zelzal, winner of the G1 Prix Jean Prat, and Zarak, runner-up in the G1 Prix du Jockey-Club.
On Arc 'trials' day at Chantilly, Godolphin have Endless Time in the G1 Prix Vermeille. The filly will be attempting to put behind her a disappointing run at York last month.
Trainer Charlie Appleby said: "Endless Time is in good order ahead of her race this weekend. Her work at home since York has been pleasing. Any rain at Chantilly before the race will be welcome because I feel she is at her best with give in the ground."
Heading the market is Candarliya, a talented filly who finished second in the G2 Prix Kergolay at Deauville last start.
