Local Time goes to post in the Group Three International Istanbul Trophy over a mile on turf at Veliefendi, Turkey, on Saturday, September 5.
The three-year-old filly, trained by Saeed bin Suroor, finished last of nine in the Group Two Kilboy Estate Stakes over nine furlongs at the Curragh, Ireland, on July 19.
She also finished unplaced in Group One contests in Britain at Newmarket and Royal Ascot but began the year with three victories on dirt at Meydan, Dubai, including the mile Listed UAE 1000 Guineas Sponsored by Nova An Ipic Company and the Group Three UAE Oaks Sponsored by Saeed & Mohammed Al Naboodah over an extended nine furlongs.
The daughter of Invincible Spirit was a Group Three winner on turf in 2014, taking the Triconnex Oh So Sharp Stakes over seven furlongs at Newmarket in October.
Saeed bin Suroor said: "Local Time has been disappointing lately but had very good form in Dubai earlier in the year.
"She is a horse that always works well in the morning but has disappointed on the track. Her last piece of work on the Limekilns in Newmarket was very good and we think she deserves another chance in a race like this."
Harry Bentley takes the ride on Local Time for the second time, with the eight rivals including Listed winners Growing Glory and Waldnah.
Shuruq landed the International Istanbul Trophy for Godolphin in 2014.
