Two-year-old filly Nasimi (Charlie Appleby/James Doyle) runs in the six-furlong G3 Princess Margaret Juddmonte Stakes at Ascot, UK, on Saturday, July 23.
The daughter of Shamardal finished ninth in the G2 Duchess of Cambridge Stakes over the same trip at Newmarket's July Festival on July 8, but was an impressive three-length winner on debut in Haydock Park maiden, also over six furlongs, on May 26.
Drawn in stall eight, she meets 12 other two-year-old filles including Duchess of Cambridge Stakes runner-up Magical Fire and debut winner Fair Eva.
Charlie Appleby commented: "We have to put a line through Nasimi's last run, when she was disappointing at Newmarket.
"The ground is still a bit of a concern, but she has been working well and this race gives her a good chance to pick up some black type."
Dubai Hero (Saeed bin Suroor/James Doyle) overcame signs of inexperience for an impressive success on his debut in a seven-furlong Newmarket maiden on July 8 and the two-year-old colt runs in the nine-runner Listed Wooldridge Group Pat Eddery Stakes (14.10hrs local time), drawn one, over the same trip earlier on the card.
Saeed bin Suroor reported: "Dubai Hero continues in form and I am looking forward to seeing another good run. He's a nice colt and is ready to go again."
Flash Fire (Charlie Appleby/James Doyle) has already won a seven-furlong heritage handicap at Ascot this year, the Victoria Cup in May.
The four-year-old Shamardal colt races over the same course and distance in the Gigaset International Heritage Handicap (15.55hrs local time), in which he has top-weight and is drawn six of the 24 runners, after coming home fifth in the Bunbury Cup, another major handicap over seven furlongs, at Newmarket on July 9.
Charlie Appleby said: "Flash Fire ran very creditably in the Bunbury Cup and has come out of that race in good order. He is a horse that will hopefully continue to be competitive in the big handicaps."
