Godolphin ended the first Dubai World Cup Carnival programme of 2015 with three winners on the night.
The treble was brought up by Safety Check, trained by Charlie Appleby and ridden by apprentice Cam Hardie, in the seven-furlong Longines Conquest Classic Handicap following victories for two horses trained by Saeed bin Suroor, I'm Back and True Story.
Safety Check was well away in contrast to his stable companion Music Theory (Adam Kirby) and raced quite keenly in fourth.
The four-year-old Dubawi colt was switched out in the straight with over two furlongs remaining and came with a strong challenge to lead at the distance.
Safety Check won comfortably by two and three quarter lengths in 1m 23.13s on good turf.
Music Theory stayed on to take third, another length and quarter behind.
Charlie Appleby said: "Safety Check is a tough and genuine little horse and has been training well at home.
"Cam Hardie gets on well with him and gave him a nice ride. We will see what the handicapper does before making any plans.
"Music Theory unfortunately does not have early speed and probably needs a mile."
Cam Hardie, pleased with his first victory in the UAE, added: "It is great - I am still pinching myself to believe I have ridden a winner at the Dubai World Cup Carnival.
"The horse has looked after me in England and here. He keeps improving and seems to run well when fresh.
"Safety Check came here fit and well and proved he is good enough."
