Territories was the easy winner of the Group Three Prix De Fontainebleau over a mile on good to soft ground at Longchamp, France, on Sunday, April 12.
The three-year-old Invincible Spirit colt, trained by Andre Fabre and ridden by Mickael Barzalona, impressed on his seasonal return.
He was held up in second last of the six runners towards the outside, racing smoothly.
Territories cruised up after entering the straight to take a position to challenge.
He came with a good run under hands and heels to lead inside the final furlong and soon went clear, being eased before the line.
Territories won by two lengths from Karar in a time of 1m 40.80s.
Lisa-Jane Graffard of Godolphin said: "It was a very pleasing performance by Territories and we are delighted with him.
"There are now a number of options to consider, including the Poule d'Essai Des Poulains (the French 2000 Guineas, Group One, 1m, Longchamp, May 10), but we will see how he comes out of this race.
"Territories is an exciting horse and looks to have lots of class."
