Fabre sweet on Usherette for Royal repeat

Godolphin trainer Andre Fabre is highly optimistic that classy Usherette can land a second successive G2 Duke Of Cambridge Stakes at Royal Ascot on Wednesday.
Fabre is pleased with the mare's work at home and believes she has improved considerably from her two outings this season.
"Usherette is in great form," Fabre reported.
"She has run well this year and come on again for her run in the Ispahan.
"She worked over six furlongs on Tuesday just to sharpen her up. The quick ground is not a concern," he added.
Usherette finished 3rd to Jimmy Two Times in the G2 Prix du Muguet at Saint-Cloud on May 1 before a good 3rd to Mekhtaal in the Prix d'Ispahan at Chantilly on May 28.
