Fintry returns to Newmarket, UK, for the Group Two Charm Spirit Dahlia Stakes over nine furlongs on Sunday, May 3.

The four-year-old filly, trained by Andre Fabre in France, makes her first start of 2015 after finishing third, beaten a length and a quarter, at the same course in the mile Kingdom Of Bahrain Sun Chariot Stakes in October.

She was successful on her three previous starts, all over a mile, including an easy success in the Group Three Thoroughbred Breeders' Association Atalanta Stakes at Sandown Park in August.

The daughter of Shamardal was the comfortable winner of the Group Two Prix De Sandringham at Chantilly, France, in June and powered to a six-length victory in a Listed race at the same course the previous month.

Lisa-Jane Graffard of Godolphin commented: "Fintry is in great form and has wintered really well.

"Andre Fabre is confident that she will stay a mile and a quarter in the future, so nine furlongs should be no problem for her.

"It is a starting point for her campaign and will help us see where to go with her afterwards."

Fintry, ridden by Mickael Barzalona for the second time, lines up against eight other fillies including dual Group One winner Rizeena, German raider Longina, Group Three runner-up Bragging and Listed scorer Belle D'Or.
