Toormore returns to seven furlongs in the Group One Prix de la Foret at Longchamp, France on Sunday, October 4.

The Richard Hannon-trained four-year-old gained a decisive victory over a mile in the Group Two International Topkapi Trophy at Veliefendi, Turkey, on September 6.

He was fifth in the mile Group One Prix du Haras de Fresnay-le-Buffard - Jacques Le Marois at Deauville, France on August 16, and made all for a comfortable success in the seven-furlong Group Two Qatar Lennox Stakes at Goodwood, UK, on July 28.

Toormore finished fourth in the mile Group One Queen Anne Stakes at Royal Ascot in June and was beaten a neck by stable companion Night Of Thunder in the Group One Al Shaqab Lockinge Stakes, also over a mile, at Newbury in May.

He was crowned European champion two-year-old in 2013 following an unbeaten campaign that included victories in the Group One Goffs Vincent O'Brien Stakes at the Curragh and the Group Two Vintage Stakes at Goodwood.

Toormore, who is ridden by James Doyle for a fourth consecutive time, lines up against 12 rivals including dual Group Two scorer Limato and Poule d'Essai des Poulains victor Make Believe plus course and distance winner Taniyar.

Richard Hannon said: "Toormore has come right back to his best this season, winning the Lennox Stakes at Goodwood and another Group Two in Turkey last time.

"He showed he can hold his own at the top level as a two-year-old, and we are looking for a big run here."

Caradak captured the Prix de la Foret for Godolphin in 2006.
