Soleil Marin up in class for Prix Noailles

Progressive colt Soleil Marin looks to continue his upward curve in the G3 Prix Noailles (17.10hrs local time) over an extended mile and a quarter at Chantilly, France, on Sunday, April 16.
The three-year-old son of Kendargent, trained by Andre Fabre, joined Godolphin after making an impressive seasonal return in the Listed Prix Francois Mathet over the same distance at Saint-Cloud on March 23, when he quickened clear in the straight to score by a length and three- quarters.
He captured a 10-furlong conditions race at the same course by seven lengths in November and also scored over a similar distance on the All-Weather at Deauville in October and on turf at Cholet the previous month.
Lisa-Jane Graffard of Godolphin commented: "We are looking forward to seeing Soleil Marin run in the Godolphin colours and he is coming into this race in good form."
